Service Description

Join your kiddo(s) for an energizing hour of family friendly yoga! Each session includes pose instruction through music and games, breath work and a relaxing meditation where you'll snuggle on the mat. We close out every class with a short guided meditation activity, leaving everyone feeling calm and reconnected! ***THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE BATHROOM ACCESS. There is a Rite Aid just around the corner for emergencies, but you must drive there. Our instructor will not be able to transport children to the facilities.***
