OM-azing Yoga Parties!

At BBY we love a good party - especially one that involves cake and yoga!

Celebrate your birthday (or any occasion!) with a yoga-themed party that will have your guests stretching, laughing, partner-posing and finding their zen in the silliest of ways. Finish up the fun with a mindfulness craft - they make the perfect party favor! We have several themes to pick from below but we're always open to any special ideas that your yogi may have in mind. We're happy to accommodate both indoor and outdoor celebrations, just give us a shout via the button above and let's plan the most OM-azing celebration!

PARTY THEMES

Each party includes a 60 minute yoga session, followed by 30 minutes to complete a party favor craft. Have another theme in mind? Let us know! We can make a yoga party out of almost any idea!

Find Your Zen

Perfect for the kiddo who is into yoga, has always wanted to practice yoga or just wants to move and craft with friends! We'll start with lots of movement, learn a few tricks for finding our zen, bring our toes in on the action for a game of Toega and then complete a kid-friendly meditation where we'll end class with a guided relaxation to calm our bodies and minds! We even bet this will be your guests favorite part!

Me & My Doll

What's more fun than a yoga party with friends? Bringing your doll along! Whether it's a baby doll, barbie, American Girl doll or special stuffed animal, all are welcome. We'll practice lots of partner poses, breathing practices and games that involve a special doll or "stuffie" - and the best part? Every guest gets a mini yoga mat for their special friend!

***Glow-Ga

Glow-in-the-dark temporary tattoos, a black light and glowing yoga mats will have your guests "ooh-ing" and "aah-ing" the minute we turn the lights down! We'll learn new poses and silly breathing techniques to energize our bodies and then play yoga party games set to today's popular music. Our party ends with a peaceful guided meditation to relax after all of that movement!

Spa Day

In the mood for a relaxing day filled with self-care activities? Try our yoga spa day! Your party guests will start by learning breathing techniques and poses to find their zen while the scent of lavendar is in the air. We'll calm ourselves from our head to our toes, try our skills at hand massage and finish with a guided meditation curled up on our mats under warm blankets.

Super Hero

Calling all superhero girls and boys! Throw on your capes and masks and fly into our yoga studio for an action-packed yoga party where we'll learn superman pose to fight villains and create our own group hero stories through poses and active play! We finish out our celebration with a cozy guided meditation to relax our bodies and re-energize our super hero powers.

Day at the Zoo

Animals + Yoga = Zoo-ga! Our party starts with learning lots of animal yoga poses, we'll compete in turtle hiney races and a bear crawl and get stretchy to tons of fun animal songs! After we move and flow like our favorite zoo friends, we'll use playdough to mindfully create them in yoga poses to calm our minds before a guided meditation relaxes us on the mat.
